Review up to 75 questions — $199Complete intake accepted after noon ET starts the clock the following business day. Each separately answerable subquestion or evidence request counts toward the question limit.
What you receive: A question register marked Ready, Needs Evidence, Needs Clarification, or High Risk; specific wording and evidence notes; suggested language where supportable; and a short list of facts your owners should confirm before submission. One limited clarification pass on the same supplied facts is included.
What this does not include: FSL does not test technical controls, create missing policies, certify compliance, attest to implementation, sign or submit the questionnaire, provide legal advice, or guarantee that your customer will accept an answer. Your organization confirms its controls, approves the facts, and submits the final response.
How it works: Purchase the appropriate tier, use the instructions in your receipt to complete the intake and upload permitted files, then receive the review through a restricted delivery link. A Google account is required to upload files for this pilot.
Do not upload CUI, PHI, regulated data, credentials, secrets, or other highly sensitive material. Contact FSL first if your documents require a separately agreed handling method.
Client source files and FSL working copies will be deleted 30 days after final delivery unless the client requests earlier deletion or a separate engagement requires continued retention.
Which option do I need? The $79 Vendor Security Questionnaire Library is a DIY reference product. Rescue is a fixed-scope human review of one existing questionnaire. If you need FSL to complete the response, build documentation, handle more questions, or coordinate a larger engagement, use Security Questionnaire Support, quoted separately from $250.
What if my intake exceeds the tier or cannot use this file route? FSL will resolve the scope or refund before starting extra work. There is no automatic overage charge.
